270-284 WINCHESTER

The following data was developed in a rifle built on a Hall BR action. It has a Shilen stainless steel heavy, fluted barrel, 25 inches long, with a 10-inch twist. A Leupold 24X BR scope was installed in Jewel rings and Kelbly bases. The chamber was cut with a tight neck reamer of 0.300.

We used Winchester 284 brass and the Federal 210M primers. All bullets were molly coated, and all groups are 5 shots at 100 yards.
